For those of you searching in Florida - the first step should be to register with FARR, the Florida Adoption Reunion Registry.

Fee charged: $35.00 -
If a hardship exists and the applicant is unable to pay the fee, the fee may be waived with proper documentation of hardship

A copy of Driver's license,
birth certificate or notarized proof of ID is required
Verification process with all other applicants may take up to 3 months
